ASSOCIATION FOR CHILDREN FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF SUPPORT
(ACES)

ACES PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION CONCERNING CHILD
SUPPORT AND VISITATION.  THIS INFORMATION INCLUDES YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, WHICH AGENCY TO CONTACT FOR ASSISTANCE, BOTH LOCAL AND INTERSTATE (OUT OF STATE), METHODS AVAILABLE UNDER CURRENT LAW TO COLLECT CURRENT AND BACK CHILD SUPPORT AND METHODS AVAILABLE UNDER CURRENT LAW TO RESOLVE VISITATION PROBLEMS.

Children need and deserve the support of both parents. 9 out of 10
children currently on welfare are entitled to child support and do not
receive payments.  This makes non-support one of the leading causes
of childhood poverty in the U.S.

ACES is the largest, nonprofit child support organization in the nation with almost
400 volunteer-let chapters and over 40,000 members located throughout the U.S.
ACES members are parents who have joined together to seek justice for children
owed support by working to improve the existing child support system in their
states and across the entire country.
