COOPERATIVE PARENTING FOR DIVIDED FAMILIES GROUPS'INITIATIVE 619 N. Murtland Avenue CPGI GROUPS' INITIATIVE is a collaboration of non-profit organizations that have come together to advocate for children's rights in issues addressed in Family Court. We meet every Thursday at 7:00p.m at the United Way Building, One Smithfield Street; downtown Pittsburgh, Saturday and Sunday meetings are at designated sites. Our Mission To provide support, education, and information on child support, custody, parenting plans and other parenting issues. To promote marriage. To keep all our members informed on the resent laws concerning families. To educate our youth on the vital aspect of parenting. Our organization is unique because we combined professional expertise in working with parents’ teams and staff teams. This provides options to expensive lawyers and court time, costly mediation sessions, adversarial proceedings and prolonged bitterness. We are not controlled nor employed by the court. Our organizations are membership and donation funded. We EDUCATE in 4 major
